If the existing ACE members from the Lysn fan club community have purchased and registered their membership code during the KWANGYA CLUB BETA period, the existing ACE membership (continuous subscription only) will be admitted and your membership grade will be marked according to your total existing ACE membership period within the KWANGYA CLUB fan club community.

※ WayZenNi-ACE membership benefits are provided based on the artist's schedule in South Korea (broadcasts, performances, and events).
※ The above benefits that are provided on a first-come, first-served or random basis are
deemed provided even if the beneficiary does not participate in the event regardless of the country of residence.
Hence, the benefits provided to the members may vary from the above list.
Step 01. Purchase the ACE membership code on SMTOWN &STORE, then confirm your code at Order History on MY PAGE.
Step 02. Sign in to MUSIC NATION SMTOWN, go to MY PAGE at https://smtown.com/mypage, then enter the ACE membership code you purchased from SMTOWN &STORE.
Step 03. Your WayZenNi-ACE membership registration is complete once you have finished steps 01 and 02. You can check your WayZenNi-ACE membership level on the KWANGYA CLUB APP, which will begin service on July.
[Common Information on All SMTOWN ARTIST OFFICIAL FAN CLUBS]
- Members can join the official fan club of each artist in KWANGYA CLUB. Purchase the separate ACE Membership Codes for each fan club
through SMTOWN &STORE, then register the codes on MUSIC NATION SMTOWN (My Account) to complete ACE membership registration.
- You must sign up to KWANGYA CLUB with your real name in order to participate in fan club activities.
If you are under the age of 14, you must receive consent from your legal representative (guardian) to sign up.
- The member’s ID will be checked for receiving fan club benefits. In order to receive benefits, the name on the ID must match the name
on the Fan Mobile Card. (This refers to the English name displayed on passports for non-Korean members.)
- Fan club members can only receive benefits if they have provided their accurate information.
Incorrect or missing information may restrict the provision of benefits.
- Fan club benefits are provided only during the one-year ACE membership period. No other person (family, friend, relative, etc.) can receive
the benefits in lieu of a member. In addition, fan club membership qualifications cannot be sold or transferred. Members who violate this
rule will have to forfeit their membership immediately.

Q. How can I receive the pre-order benefit for an artist concert?
A. The details on your artist’s concert will be announced in advance on your artist’s fan club community at KWANGYA CLUB. Please follow the notice to participate in the pre-order.
Q. How can I use SMTOWN &STORE coupon?
A. Coupon will be issued to SMTOWN &STORE accounts, in which you have purchased the ACE membership code within an hour. Coupon can be used for orders over $8. In case of refund of the ACE membership code, coupon will be retrieved. (The valid period of coupon is one year from the date of issue. Coupon is only applicable on SMTOWN &STORE Online.)
Q. How can I get a refund?
A. The ACE membership code can be refunded within 7 days after purchase if you hadn't registered your code via SMTOWN &STORE customer service center.
After the refund, coupons will be retrived. However, if you have already used the fan club benefits without code registeration within the 7 days, or have already registered the ACE membership code, Exchange or refund requests are not available. Please note before purchase.
- All other orders will be dispatched on the following day.
Additional shipping surcharges may apply for rural addresses.
- Shipment delays may occur due to internal warehouse issues.
- We will contact you separately in the case of foreseeable shipping delays and/or sold-out items.
- For items with designated sales period, cancellation is available only during the said period.
Customs and Duties
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are levied once
the shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be
fulfilled by the recipient.
- SMTOWN &STORE has no control over customs charges. Customs policies vary widely by country.

Orders that are returned due to the recipient’s refusal to pay customs duties will not be shipped again.
