If the product malfunctions and malfunction, please attach pictures / videos.
Attachments have a capacity limit of up to 10 MB per file.
Pictures that fall under the following cases are difficult to identify as defects. Please note when attaching a picture.
- Pictures with excessive light reflection, pictures zoomed into a specific part, video screenshots, pictures of a product that isn’t removed from packaging or PVC pouch
Please attach a video of removing the product packaging in order to verify that the defect was present before unpacking.
