[Quality Assurance Standard]

1. Compensation is offered for defective items according to the regulations of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

① Defective fabric, seams, materials: Repaired free of charge, exchanged, or refunded within 1 year of purchase. Defective seams are repaired free of charge after 1 year.

② Incorrect size or change of mind: Exchanged for an identical item within 7 days of purchase if no damages are detected.

2. The seller is not responsible for damages due to customer mishandling, distortion due to incorrect wash methods, or defects for products past the warranty period. For such items, an additional cost will be charged for repairs.

3. Exchange and refund requests are accepted within 7 days only if the product tag is still intact.
