Thank you for participating in the SMTOWN &STORE customer survey conducted from January 3rd (Friday) to January 7th (Tuesday).

As a token of gratitude, we’ve issued a coupon to all participants. You can view the coupon at My Page under Coupons.

However, we were not able to issue coupons to participants who entered an ID that is not registered or verifiable on SMTOWN &STORE.

Please view the list below for the IDs we were not able to verify.

If you recognize any of the IDs as your own, submit an inquiry on our Customer Service board and notify us of the ID you entered in order to receive your coupon.

We hope you understand that participants who do not leave an inquiry within the given period will not be able to receive any coupons.
