Q. What is sterling silver?

A. Fine silver is extremely soft and susceptible to abrasion and tarnishing. This is why sterling silver, an alloy of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, is used.

Q. The shape was deformed during wear.

A. This open ring can be adjusted in size. However, extra caution is required when adjusting the size as this product is made with a soft and easily bendable material. Applying excessive force may cause distortion or breakage. This deformation is not considered a defect. Please gently reshape the ring using your hands.

Q. The ring is tarnished.

A. Silver oxidizes when exposed to air. Please refer to the product cautions before wear. Sealing the product with a dehumidifying agent after wiping with a soft cloth may help to prevent silver from tarnishing.
