A. The birthday keyring is finished with metal plating and clear coating to prevent tarnishing, thus doesn't require additional plating.
However, tarnishing may occur in varying degrees due to salinity and humidity changes. Please refer to the product cautions before wear.
Sealing the product with a dehumidifying agent after wiping with a soft cloth may help to prevent tarnishing.
Q. The rhinestone embellishment is oddly placed.
A. Each rhinestone is attached by hand, and the placements may vary by product.
However, exchanges and returns will be accepted if the rhinestone is entirely or significantly out of place.
