Q. I have been wearing my birthday keyring, but the color has changed.
A. The birthday keyring is a product that has been treated with metal plating and has even finished with transparent coating to minimize degeneration. However, the finishing of the product can be oxidized depending on salinity/humidity, which can cause discoloration depending on the worn environment. Please note <caution> specified within the product packaging- to clean it with a soft material and seal it with the dehumidifier inside the box to help reduce the degree of discoloration.
Q. The cubic location of the birthday keyring is strange.
A. All manufacturing process of each birthday keyring are all hand-made, so the placings of cubics can be slightly different. However, you can exchange or return the cube if it is completely deviated or if the cube position is severely out of position.
