 * This event is an online fan meeting for members of the official fan club E.L.F-JAPAN.

 * This concert is live streamed only.

 * This product does not support VOD services or Re-Streaming (Delay Streaming).

 * This event does not support multiple camera angle options.


[Cautions for Booking]


1) This concert is for ages 7 and up. Multiple live stream vouchers can be purchased per person.

However, please note that only 1 Redeem Code can be registered per V LIVE account.


2) Purchases and cancellations for Live Streaming tickets are accepted until 17:30 KST on Sunday, July 25, 2021.


3) Concert vouchers can be purchased at SMTOWN &STORE, V LIVE, and official Japanese ticket sites; no other sales channels are available.

Illegal transferring or scalping of Redeem Codes is prohibited. Disadvantages that occur from illegal obtainment are solely the buyer’s responsibility.


4) Discount benefits for members of the E.L.F-JAPAN fan club are applicable on the official ticket site only.

Please note that member discounts for the E.L.F-JAPAN fan club are not offered for vouchers sold on SMTOWN &STORE or V LIVE.


5) Once you receive your Redeem Code, do not share it online or on social media as this may lead to illegal piracy.


6) Purchase your Live Streaming voucher and go to SMTOWN &STORE > My Account > Order History to view your Redeem Code right away.

Once you confirm your Redeem Code, make sure to register it on NAVER V LIVE+ > Beyond LIVE in order to gain access to the live stream.


7) Cancellations and refunds are offered in accordance with SMTOWN &STORE policies. For more information, please visit the SMTOWN &STORE website.

Cancellation and refund requests are not accepted past the provided deadline or for Redeem Codes that are already registered.


[Cautions for Redeem Code Registration]


1) Live Streaming vouchers sold on SMTOWN &STORE provide a Redeem Code that allows you to access the concert live stream. You must register the purchased Redeem Code on NAVER V LIVE+ > Beyond LIVE in order to access the live stream.


2) Purchase your Live Streaming voucher and go to SMTOWN &STORE > My Account > Order History to view your Redeem Code right away.

You are required to register your issued Redeem Code at V LIVE+ Beyond LIVE at least 1 hour before the live stream in order to access the concert. Please make sure to register your code in advance.

4) [Cautions]


- Once the Redeem Code is activated, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, misplaced orders, or other promotions for the same item.


- If you purchase 2 or more Beyond LIVE Live Streaming vouchers, you can gift each one to a friend.


- To gift the Beyond LIVE Live Streaming voucher to a friend, make sure to enter the correct email address. We do not accept resend, exchange, or cancel requests for incorrect email address.


- In relation to the Personal Information Protection Act, the following information of the purchaser and gift recipient will be provided to third parties to forward the voucher.

- If you register the Redeem Code on your account the first time,

you can sign in to the same account, view your order history, and access the live stream on a different device.

- Redeem Codes are a combination of 8 uppercase letters or numbers. If you enter the incorrect code 5 times, you will need to wait 24 hours to reenter your code. Please make sure that letters are all capitalized.


- Redeem Codes can be copied and pasted. Make sure there are no spaces when you paste your Redeem Code for registration.


- If you close your V LIVE account, registered Redeem Codes will not be reissued or refunded. Once registered, Redeem Codes cannot be transferred to another account, withdrawn, or deleted. Please note that we will not be able to offer assistance even if any of the actions mentioned above are done by mistake.

[Note Before Exchange/Return]

・The color of the actual product may vary from image depending on your monitor’s
resolution settings. The color and placement of the product label may also vary from image.

- To request an exchange or refund for missing/defective items, video evidence of the package unboxing is required. Exchange and refund requests may be denied without the video.
- If you request an exchange for items shipped at random, the replacement product will also be selected at random.
- For bundle products, scratches and dents except for nicks over 5mm are not grounds for exchange or return.
- For printed goods and portrait merch, imperfections not on the face (on the back, background, etc.) are not grounds for exchange or return.
- PVC material is sensitive to heat and humidity. Product may distort in shape or stick to other PVC materials. This is not grounds for exchange or return.

- You can only cancel orders that are in [Payment Confirmed] or [Pending Shipment] status.

1. Within 7 days of delivery, attach photo evidence of your defective product
(containing both the whole item as well as damaged part) and include your order number,
product number of wrong/defective item, and reasons for return in your

2. We will contact you once we process your return request.

3. Please include your order number, name, and ID on a slip of paper in your return package.

* Items returned without prior request and confirmation are not eligible for refund.
* Return Shipping Fees
