[Registration Procedure]
Step 01. Purchase the ACE membership code on SMTOWN &STORE, then confirm your code at Order History on MY PAGE.
Step 02. Sign in to MUSIC NATION SMTOWN, go to MY PAGE at https://smtown.com/mypage, then enter the ACE membership code you purchased from SMTOWN &STORE.
Step 03. Your MY-ACE-ACE membership registration is complete once you have finished steps 01 and 02. You can check your MY-ACE-ACE membership level on the KWANGYA CLUB APP, which will begin service on July.

[Common Information on All SMTOWN ARTIST OFFICIAL FAN CLUBS]
- Members can join the official fan club of each artist in KWANGYA CLUB. Purchase the separate ACE Membership Codes for each fan club
through SMTOWN &STORE, then register the codes on MUSIC NATION SMTOWN (My Account) to complete ACE membership registration.
- You must sign up to KWANGYA CLUB with your real name in order to participate in fan club activities.
   If you are under the age of 14, you must receive consent from your legal representative (guardian) to sign up.
- The member’s ID will be checked for receiving fan club benefits. In order to receive benefits, the name on the ID must match the name
   on the Fan Mobile Card. (This refers to the English name displayed on passports for non-Korean members.)
- Fan club members can only receive benefits if they have provided their accurate information.
   Incorrect or missing information may restrict the provision of benefits.
- Fan club benefits are provided only during the one-year ACE membership period. No other person (family, friend, relative, etc.) can receive
the benefits in lieu of a member. In addition, fan club membership qualifications cannot be sold or transferred. Members who violate this
rule will have to forfeit their membership immediately.
- For information on how to become an ACE member and pay for the ACE Membership Code, please send an inquiry to Customer Service.

[FAQ]
Q. How can I receive the pre-order benefit for an artist concert?
A. The details on the artist’s concert will be announced on fan club community or official artist SNS account. Please follow the notice to participate in the pre-order.

Q. How can I use SMTOWN &STORE coupon?
A. Coupon will be issued to SMTOWN &STORE accounts, in which you have purchased the ACE membership code within an hour. Coupon can be used for orders over $8. In case of refund of the ACE membership code, coupon will be retrieved. (The valid period of coupon is one year from the date of issue. Coupon is only applicable on SMTOWN &STORE Online.)

Q. How can I get a refund?
A. The ACE membership code can be refunded within 7 days after purchase if you had not registered the code via SMTOWN &STORE Customer Service. After the refund, coupons will be retrieved. However, if you have already used the fan club benefits without code registration within the 7 days, or have already registered the ACE membership code, exchanges or refunds are not available. Please note before purchase.

    Customs and Duties

    - SMTOWN &STORE has no control over customs charges. Customs policies vary widely by country.

    Orders that are returned due to the recipient’s refusal to pay customs duties will not be shipped again.
    All charges that occur during the process are the customer’s responsibility.

[How to Return Items]

If you wish to return/exchange your item, please submit a Private Inquiry or email us at
cscenter_en@smtown.com first. You can refer to the return process below.



1. Send a picture or video of the whole or part of the defective item with the order number, product barcode,
and reason for return/exchange to cscenter_en@smtown.com within 7 days after receiving the item.

2. We will contact you once we process your return request.
3. Please include your order number, name, and ID on a slip of paper in your return package.
* Items returned without prior request and confirmation are not eligible for refund.
* Return Shipping Fees
- Refunds/exchanges are not offered for change of mind.
- For wrong or defective items, the store is responsible for return shipping fees.
* Cash on delivery is not available for EMS shipments. If you send us a copy of your return
shipment receipt, we will refund the shipping fee after confirmation.

- Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted.

[Note Before Exchange/Return]

・The color of the actual product may vary from image depending on your monitor’s
resolution settings. The color and placement of the product label may also vary from image.

- To request an exchange or refund for missing or defective products, video evidence of the package unboxing showing all inclusion is required. Exchange and refund requests may be denied without the video.
- The unboxing video shall show all sides of the box before opening and contain the entire opening process.
- If you request an exchange for items shipped at random, the replacement product will also be selected at random.
- Nicks under 5 mm and scratches/dents that may form during manufacture are not grounds for exchange or return.
- For printed/paper/portrait merch, defects on the back or background (not on the face) and scratches, dents, or nicks that may form during manufacture are not grounds for exchange or return.
- Only defects that are visible in the absence of light reflection are eligible for exchange/refund.
- PVC material is sensitive to heat and humidity. Product may distort in shape or stick to other PVC materials. This is not grounds for exchange or return.

- You can only cancel orders that are in [Payment Confirmed] or [Pending Shipment] status.

- Change of mind, misdelivery, product defects: Exchange/return requests due to change of mind, misdelivery, or product defects can be submitted via Private Inquiry or Customer Service within 7 days after delivery.
